    Our Moe and Traralgon branches will be reopening on Monday 25th October 2021.

    We’re reopening our Moe and Traralgon branches on Monday 25th October. Our Bairnsdale branch remains closed at this time. As always, our members can continue to receive the service they need by calling our team of member service consultants on 1300 362 144.

    For members who might have ordinarily visited a branch to claim benefits, Latrobe offers several ways to claim on medical fees after a hospital admission or claim on extras including:  

    • Download our mobile app and submit your claim in a jiffy. The app also allows you to track your claims, check your benefits and limits, see your payment details, update your contact info and find a provider. 
    • Claim electronically via HICAPS or HealthPoint with your participating provider.
    • Download a claim form and email or post your claim along with your original account or receipt. 

    Thanks to all our members for their patience and understanding while we continue to face the challenges that this pandemic throws at us.

    With COVID-19 restrictions in regional Victoria again easing, we welcome back members to our Bairnsdale, Traralgon and Moe branches. However, due to additional health and safety requirements, our Morwell branch will remain closed until further notice.
