Eclipse - Medical Online Claiming

Latrobe participates in the Eclipse online medical claiming system. To register, please download, complete and submit the Simplified Billing Provider Registration Form to Latrobe prior to submitting your first Simplified Billing claim.

Please note that Simplified Billing Eclipse claims cannot be accepted without registration and will be rejected.
