The new Latrobe Health Online Account and app is coming soon!  

We’ve listened to your feedback, and we’re excited to announce we are launching a new Latrobe Health Online Account and app.  These will replace the current Online Member Services and mobile app. As of June 2024, you can manage your health cover on the go and access a wide range of new features. You’ll be able to:   

View benefit limits and cover details: 

  • Understand your cover and get up-to-date information on your remaining benefit limits.
  •  View and review your policy documents.

Submit and track claims with ease: 

  •  Snap photos of your receipts and submit claims in seconds.
  •  Track the status of your claim in the app.

Stay on top of payments: 

  •  Review and update payment information securely.
  •  Set up direct debit for added convenience.

Keep your information up to date: 

  •  Make changes to your contact details and other personal information.
  • Order a new card if yours is lost or damaged.

Plus: 

  •  Our user-friendly design makes navigating your online account and app a breeze.
  • You can access all the features with just a few clicks.

What you will need to do  

Once the online account and app is live, you will need to re-register to gain access. You won’t be able to use the existing logins that you currently use. To register, you will need your Member number (located on your Latrobe Health card) and email address. You can register through the online account or app, and your logins will work for both.  

After your initial login on the app, you’ll be able to use face or touch ID if your device allows.  

In the meantime, you can continue using the current Online Member Services and app. We will let you know when they are no longer available.
