The new Latrobe Health online account and app has arrived! You can now register and access a wide range of features that make managing your health cover a breeze. The new online account and app will allow you to:
View benefit limits and cover details:
- Understand you cover and get up-to-date information on your remaining benefit limits.
- View and review your policy documents.
Submit and track claims with ease:
- Snap photos of your receipts and submit claims in seconds.
- Track the status of your claim in the app.
Stay on top of payments:
- Review and update payment information securely.
- Set up direct debit for added convenience.
Keep your information up to date:
- Make changes to your contact details and other personal information.
- Order a new card if yours is lost or damaged.

- Our user-friendly design makes navigating your online account and app a breeze.
- You can access all the features with just a few clicks.
What you’ll need to do
You will need to re-register and create new logins to access your new online account and app. You can download the new app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once installed, delete the old app.
To register, you will need your Member number (located on your Latrobe Health card) and email address. You can register through the online account or app, and your logins will work for both.
After your initial login on the app, you’ll be able to use face or touch ID if your device allows.
